Tried calling both companies today no answer. been waiting for 2 months on parts havent received anything. what are you guys doing???? and i have about $1000 in stuff to order but im not ordering anything until i get what ive already paid for!! can i get my parts sometime this year?? please!

Two companies ive talked to multiple times and gotten responses in less than 12 hours.....Onpoint answers every time I ever called and I havent ordered much from them nor do I know the owner or anything.

today is the first time ive called in 2 months due to past exp with these stunt companies. one time i waited 6 months for a round bar and rad cage and it wasnt even painted when i got it. ive never had a problem with on point i always order from them. and power house ive only used one time cause i thought they had the product available but when it came down to it i should of just bought straight through on point.

FYI powerhouse is just a middle man and stocks nothing. Everything is drop shipped.

I matched up your order and am currently awaiting an answer from OnPoint. This looks like it will be our last dealings with OnPoint as we can't have problematic transactions coming up like this. Our goal has always been to save people money and get people their parts in a timely manner. I apologize for the delay and it will get handled by me personally

We stock quite a few parts for racing, drag, show and stunt parts etc. Sure, we drop ship some parts, so does any other business out there. There is simply no difference between that and going to a local bike shop to have them tell you they need to order the part you need. If we need to drop ship something, it saves you money...plain and simple

Some of the stunt parts we can't keep in stock because there isn't enough demand and lead times to get them are high. What we definitely do is save people money and nobody can say they don't like that!

We apologize for the delay on your order. Good news is that we shipped out all remaining orders for Powerhouse yesterday, so your parts will be arriving in the next few days. We had informed Powerhouse from the beginning that we were in the process of moving our shop to a larger warehouse and that this would cause delays on all orders. I hope that they had informed you of that when you placed the order with them. That being said, the process of us setting up our shop with the tooling, jigs, etc... took longer then initially expected, and this delayed production more then we anticipated. For that we take full responsibility, and thank you for your patience. I would not put the blame on powerhouse as they were diligently in contact with us regarding all outstanding orders and we would promptly/regularly respond to there inquirers for status.

We know how much it sucks to be waiting on parts and we sincerely apologize. But please rest assured that we did everything possible to get your parts made as quickly as possible without cutting corners and sacrificing on quality. I'm not sure why you weren't able to get a hold of us, but that's not typical. Everyone our customers and dealers know that we are always easily reachable by email or by phone, so please don't ever hesitate to contact us directly with an questions or concerns.

I again apologize for the delay on the orders placed by your company, but although things took longer then expected to ship out, I have been in constant contact with Shawn regarding all order status. We did everything possible to get things built as quickly as possible. We also mentioned that we provide a 100% refund on any order, for any reason, at any time prior to us shipping the order, if issued developed. We do not feel there is anything more we could have done and hope that you can understand. In the next few weeks we will be fully stocked on all items and can go back to shipping orders withing 24 hours of being placed. This is how we usually operate and will allow things to go smoothly.
