That's what i was thinking, like they tried to see if it had gas i guess lol.

My buddy doesn't know shit about bikes so he was super bummed, so i came and got it from him and i've gotten the all fixed up so far for him- minus the ignition cylider housing being broken and soldering the wires back together. New seat latch is on, new gas cap is on, and i just so happened to have a top triple (had i powdered up and its ready to go on).

might have been trying to jump the starter relay when they removed the seat but with the ignition not on to cut fuel pump and all the other goodys on...they just killed the batter??? that would be my guess.

Also what i was thinking somewhat. When he found it the two red wires were together. By the time i picked it up and started messing with it, Batt was dead. Hope there isn't some electrical issue now
