Engine Damage from learning to Drifting

Not sure if this is the best place for this, but since it's a pitbike engine i'm talking about, i thought i would post it here.

2 weeks ago i was starting to learn how to drift on grass with scooter tires on, after the 2nd attempt i think, my engine started knocking I'm guessing it didnt like the short period where the back brake was locking and i dropped the clutch (so the engine wants to turn over, but cant since i've got the back tire locked up). I know thats gotta be horrible for the engine, especially a chinese engine. At first i thought my valve clearances somehow had gone out when i did that. So i set them(twice) to no avail :/ Any1 know what part of the engine takes strain when u got throttle open, clutch out, back brake locked. The bike still runs fine, have been riding since then. It just has an engine clicking/knock that it didnt have before. It's a lifan 125 engine, valves set to 0.003 inlet and 0.004 exhaust

Any1 got any ideas? Would rather try do the job myself than send to my mechanic, need to save money for a helmet cam

have you checked prices on ebay? you can score a brand new lifan pretty cheap.

Not really in a position to buy a new one when this one is working fine hey. When this one dies, i'll have to shop for a new one.
I have a very fine crack at the back of the engine that oil leaks through when the engine is hot, but very very minor. Maybe like 3-5 drops on the floor when i come to the bike the next day after a ride. The oil is halfway on the dipstick. Will get it up to full tomorrow. That shouldn't cause a knock though should it...

I was drifting my pit bike (trying more like it... 3/4 drifts a few full) in front of my house in the rain on my Chinese pit bike and I just knew the engine would break at any time...

So I sold the bike before I wrecked it from stunting

The little 110cc 4 speeds are a blast but they just arent strong enough. I'd love a top quality pit bike but I just dont have a few grand laying around to drop on one

when i ride my 50 super hard or do a lot of rolling burnouts, mine makes a weird knocking sound when im in the throttle hard and will start to lose power hahahaha i usually just let it cool off for a bit and then she's back to normal

check your cam timing maybe

I have a 110cc stock 4 speed chinese motor. and i can tell you i beat the hell out of it
Started giving me problems after a couple years, so i junked it.

If your looking for a replacement go for a GPX motor. Tons of big bore kits, race heads, oversized valves, etc. They fit onto crf50 engine mounts.

I doubt i'm ever selling this bike It's got a hardcore frame and suspension on it. The rest of the bikes is all chinese shit though. I checked my timing the 1st time i did my valves after this knocking noise. TDC on the cam, and little dot was lined up right in the front of the engine. I guess i will just keep raping her till she breaks, and replace the engine Heres a nooby highchair from today in very light rain. Got no handbrake yet. First time recording...
