I took my bike in to get the throttle bodies synched and when I got it back they said one of the cylinders was 50lbs under pressure then the rest. How big of a deal is this and what kind of problems will it cause in the future? I'm planning on selling the bike in another 3 months anyway but until then what should I worry about or do to prevent anything from going wrong?

also my exhaust tip was running between black and brown witch is a good color I guess people say but now its more of a white lighter brown which means its lean? how do I fix something like that?

Low comp could be caused by a # of things. Cam timing, valve clearance, valve damage, bad piston ring seal/worn out rings, piston damage, etc. All of which are going to cause you further damage. You wont get much $$ from selling a bike with an engine that sounds like poop, unless you sell it to a totally clueless buyer.

If you aren't mechanically skilled, I would find someone who would do some troubleshooting for you and replace what you need so you can sell it for a higher price.
