they\'d be fun for sure, but once you get better you will want something lighter.\r\n

once you start switching sides, e.g. figure 8\'s... the extra weight makes the process harder for it to happen, and to maintain.

\ndon\'t let me steer you away from one though, the ls2 is an amazing engine with a reliable t-56 tranny.

\nit can be done though, there are gto drifters, it\'s just not common for the reason of weight. gto ~4000lbs and the lengthier wheelbase doesn\'t help either.

\ni\'d buy a gto for straight lines, it has so much potential in that area.

\nall of this is just one guy\'s opinion though, i\'m pretty sure i\'ve seen 1 or 2 gtos in formula d.\r\n

hell yes! i saw the thread you started for that first video good drifting for sure, the switchbacks on snow are pretty though man. what did you learn to drift in?\r\n
