Nice review. Might have just saved me from buying something that wont last. I had planned to order the kickers next paycheck. I ride with some fear wearing etnies. My first time out in a long time last year and I went down. Not a bad crash I just rolled but it ate up the side of my shoe just under my ankle bone. I can't imagine having a peg catch me. I tried on some alpinestars at a shop in Cincy on my lunch break the other day and they seemed like a good shoe, just expensive and I like the looks of the shift shoe.
