I love my go pro cause you can catch EVERYTHING

I'd just leave it recording ANYTIME I ride, 24/7. Dirt, street, stunting, whatever.

I ride streets a lot, and often times get assholes who purposely swerve at you, or idiots who just don't pay attention and pull into your path. Would make great evidence in court if some dickhead ever purposely hits you and runs, or tries to say its an accident, or your fault!

Just make sure you destroy that SD card or delete that video fast if you cause an accident, LOL

which go pro is the best for bikes? the helmet or motorsports i know its just a metter of mounts and clips but which is better? or should i say more useful?

yeah, it has to be a 1080p model for it to work.

It also comes with a new clear case, since the LCD makes it bigger, it has a case that houses the go pro + the LCD.


I can only imagine Go-Pro's getting sicker and sicker as time goes on. I haven't done much research in the last 6 months or so, but if it isn't already out, it's only a matter of time before people start making their own firmware and adding WAY more options to the camera.

I'm not positive, but I "think" the helmet and motorsports ones are the same thing. They just list them different so different types of people buy them.

If they listed them all as "helmet" then the average joe of the street wouldn't buy it if they didn't wanna wear it on a helmet.

I could be wrong though... I got the Motosports one and it came with 3 flat sticky mounts, and 2 curved sticky mounts, as well as the suction cup mount. Mount kits are $20 to purchase more mounts, there are a variety of different mounts available.

The difference in the models are the mounts. The helmet hero doesnt have the suction cup but does have the headstrap which i dont think is in the motorsport hero.

I got a hero 2 and I will have video up soon as I edit the rest of it BTW its fuckin sick and want another one at some point and yes you can get different lenses but you have to take it apart and you loose warrenty look on Google for go pro lenses also have the lcd backpac and love that j can check my view before recording so I don't get as many shitty shots

lcd helps for settings and lining up shots... wish GoPro had playback like my Drift HD170 cams...
