Something is obviously up because Bill has ALWAYS been known for amazing customer service. And by saying "hohey is the shiznit now" I can tell you haven't ordered from there. They take forever! And before you comment that I'm on the FTI bandwagon I'll make it known I have hohey stuff right now but ONLY because bill didn't have a Kawi setup with the Honda fb. I've ordered stuff from Bill and never had a single problem......

i order from motomadness to get fti stuff, same pricing and since he deals with bill directly i have no worries, as far as hohey im too scared to risk it lol if they let someone sell for them then id possibly try them out but till them ill stick to what i can trust i will get

This was the reason I ordered from FTI in the first place, everyone insisted Bill has the BEST service around, and will answer your 1st call or text at any time of the day/night. Then as soon as I order, I hear horror stories popping up, and I have been getting some pretty poor contact. I guess I won't bug him since it seems like that is the wrong thing to do :P

He makes parts for commercial air lines, the stunt parts are made,shipped when he has time and its always been this way.
