I've bought from HAI before, and the customer service was great, but I paid extra to get my stuff sent out sooner and it took longer than it would have if I didn't pay the extra because I had to wait for it to get to HAI from Vortex or whatever. Actually, I paid extra to get something (can't remember exactly what, I ordered chain, sprocket, DB bars, risers, and grips) shipped out before the rest of the stuff (or maybe it was just the sprocket they had to wait on) because I needed it ASAP. It didn't get shipped and I didn't get everything for like at least a week, and it only takes 2 days to ship from them to me (I ship back and forth to Orlando all the time). I did get a refund on the money I paid extra, and I understand shit happens, not trying to throw them under the bus at all. Like I said, customer service was good and all that, but basically I just don't want to have to wait for them (meaning any shop I'm ordering from) to order it from the manufacturer then get it then ship it to me. Or does everyone do that?

Shops closer to Alabama are better.
