Since no one is posting up any other tips I'm just going to post up all the mods im doing to set it up.

Here’s the tip over sensor.
Just pry it apart and glue the sensor in place. I didn’t know if it would mess up the sensor if I got glue in between 1 and 2 so I just glued all around it.
I just used some clear silicone I had laying around.

also Picked up some stock fairings this weekend for 50 bucks. There a little beat up... nothing the new paint won't fix.

life platics, great job on the silicone, u can fill that thing up with it and be ok. or hot glue, no superglue or anything though.
thats a nice 636, should pick up a bracket for that too while ur at it. the guys coming tomorrow with his 06 for me to measure so i'll be able to have more design time with it

thanks tl! you're the man! i had to lay the bike over on its side to work on the height adjustment links and forgot about this stupid sensor! so now it won't start, it will tomorrow! i understand why they make this, but they should sell a part to bypass this crap!
