2006 Kawi 636 - Idle Issue

Hey Guys,

I've hit a wall with this new motor and need some help. The idle seems to drop whenever I'm in a circle on idle. NH's are impossible as-is basic NTH's and all other idle tricks. It seems to be getting worse the more I ride on this motor.

Here's what I've done and tried so far.

- put stock exhaust back on with valve
- put after market exhaust on with-out valve.
- put on previous throttle bodies
- changed spark plugs
- changed air filter
- used previous tank and pump (didn't have problems before with idle)
- checked idle cables and mechanism
- changed oil twice
- changed clutch plates and friction plates
- changed wiring harness
- changed CPU

None of these changes had any affect on how the bike idled. The motor that I put in had 20k miles on it but was not stunted.

• Do you guys have any suggestions as to what I should try next?
• Will getting the throttle bodies synced up help any?
• How about replacing the stator, LOL?

The motor runs great minus the low idle issue and when when I jump on other stunt bikes it's a night and day difference with the idle.
