Pull the pump hose off and it leaks gas as usual, it smells like gas, the plugs are damp and as I said, we even sprayed started fluid to be sure. How do you spray starting fluid and it doesnt catch fire? lol

not sure but when I rebuilt my bike I ended up having this problem and it was I had the wire harness plugs mixed up in the front like the headlight one and the other one just a thought

Have you tried a different key/ignition harness? (if the resistor is damaged or shorting in the key/ignition harness it wont start)
Can you hear the fuel pump priming? Clutch wires, Tip Sensor, Kickstand switch? Its probably something simple that your just overlooking. If the fuel pump is priming and the engine is turning over some safety feature or plug connection isn't giving the bike spark. The bike should be popping or trying to start if your were truly getting good spark to all cylinders. |
