I have a bunch of my truck done up with PD. Its pretty dursble stuff as long as your constantly rubbing up on it.
PD also makes a clearcloat that makes it more durable.

I had it on the entire body of a 06 jeep wrangler And it did great for a year only messed up where branches scratched it. But with plastidip you can just spray more over the damaged area and it will blend itself. When the black gets dirty it looks like its faded until you wash it. Don't hit it with a car wash sprayer though it will peel right off. Use a soft bristle brush and it works great. Your frame should be fine unless it has areas where something like plastics will be rubbing constantly.

I know of a product that will take it off but its nothing you want to be playing with.
Plasti-dip has been around for a while, there are different types, one being the stuff that you dip tool handles in and then there is another kind that is done electro-statically, I think its powdered nylon? You see it on refrigerator racks and dishwasher racks. Thats the good stuff. There are alot of people doing some new type of plasti-dip, seen some on craigslist. Another niche where people have found a way to do it in their basement without the proper equipment or knowledge to do it correctly so it holds up. The stuff I saw I could peel up with my finger nail. The shit on fridge racks and dishwasher racks is tough.

So I did my frame and swingarm and subframe. It's about as durable as a vynal wrap....will see how it holds up I didn't cost anywhere where where shit will run against it like in the dropouts and brake hanger also left Inside the frame stock.

Been racing for years and that shit is expensive. I bought a couple Axial SCX10's and built them to the nuts. No more race fees just playin for hours....
