I seen on another thread he explained how he was backed up from his tax sale and he explained the same to me over the phone. He said he is all caught up now. I found a frame on eBay for dumb cheap and had it drop shipped to him so I'm not taking much of a chance. I figured It was worth a try so I guess we'll see...

Realistically we don't hear much about the good transactions. Mostly just the negative ones so like I said, we'll see. Thanks though!
