thanks man, Yea i needed the tittle, the bike was already in my name so i didn't purchase anything other than the frame, so i wouldnt know it that would work. I'm sure that they would inspect it more vigorously if you pieced the bike together.

update on my round bar: got the tracking number today cant wait for it to show up.

So i got my round from billie and it didn't come powdered so i just painted it my self, i havent installed it yet cause ive been putting a few coats on the past week. the thing is i think its hollow.....compaired in weight to my other roundbar that is bend its about 5 pounds lighter and when i knock on the bar it feels hollow. which is we're cause ive nver heard of a hollow round bar. i guess we will see when i scrape the first time.
