took bloodwork, if anything i have type 1..so hopefully not. Test results come back in 2 days

What symptoms are you having?

its rare to have type 1 diabetes go into mid 20s without requiring intervention earlier. Its possible but not very likely that you have had undiagnosed type 1 diabetes (IDDM).

Usually when people get Diabetes as adults its almost always type 2,
