Stunt Quads?
#11
Most quads I have ridden have been sloppy as hell for doing stunts, wheelies generally arent a problem but stoppies seemed to be quite the challenge. The only exception in the Yamaha Blaster. The shocks on those things are insanely stiff! But they also have the worst brakes so they arent much for stunting.

YouTube- seat stander to special k

that was the first day i put the hb on ive gotten a little better but not alot lol

It's a piece of cake man, step a little farther up your seat just before you jump and throw one leg in at a time just staggered of one another but you land with both at basically the same time.

+1000 no side to side balance, any retart can stunt on a quad lol

stiffer shocks may help but shouldnt make much difference but street type tires will deff outlast knobbies if your riding in a lot.

I learned most of everything I know other than circles on it.

My brother Rocks a TRX 450 and destroys the shit out of it.. Rolling at least 150 ft stoppies.

They get boring after a while.
Street tires would have helped a ton- you can get them at rockymountainatv.com

Post a vid ive seen guys roll 50 ft or so on trx450s but nowhere near 150, gotta see that to believe it i guess.

I have a 2005 Honda 300ex that ive built specifically to stunt with, had a buddy build up the subframe with a custom 3 loop bar on back with wear bars and fully gussetted down to the main frame, has a 16mm billet magura HB and moose ez pull and 07 zx6r rear master with adapter kit, knobbie tires cuz we trail ride a bit.

Its so unbelievably easy to stunt and do anything you can think of on a quad that it does get boring, i can jump from SS to HC in my sleep, HC coasters, RL one handed coasters from 4th gear to a dead stop and etc.

There good to learn things on before trying stuff on a bike or for a girl to learn on. my girl rides mine for an hour or so here and there and less than a month after riding a quad for the first time she is doing HC's, sitdowns, 2nd n 3rd gear SS's and etc.
