50 wont start?HELP/ADVICE (WTB stunt parts, what to get?)

Ok guys........im getting a fiddy this week. Heres the deal......Its been sitting in this kids garage for 2 years now. It ran fine when he put it in there but wont fire up now. I'm getting a damn good deal on it so im deff getting it up what do you think i need to do to get this thing going? I was thinking swap the spark plug....change the gas and possibly oil? Idk What do you guys think could be going on with it. Also I wanna stunt the shit outta this thing so what do you guys suggest. Its got a clutch, BBR bars and riser, 88cc kit, upgraded shock idk what kind. What else should i slap on it......i am getting pegs for sure but what brand? anything else you guys suggest.......im thinkin a HB set up as well so again what brand? If anyone has some stunt parts for a good deal let me know i will take em off your hands.

do all the same-o same-o mang...
dump da old gas, change da plugs, oil, clean da carb, check the valve clearance...
afta dat, check for gas, check for spark...
if both is there, it should go... "bang bang"...
