I am really sorry to say that i will not reproduce my version.. I have no cnc machines only conventional ones so it has been soooo much work to make this one. For me it is just a hobby. And i do not think it will be fair to do this towards DRS because he was the first one to make the product. I do not know who the drs guy is. i never had any contact with him what so ever. That's also why i very much wonder where Lee Majors heart or wred that i had the technical info from DRS????
I just googled "planetary gears" and went from there. Like i said before,it is pretty simple how it works just check out youtube!!

The second option is the way the dual sprocket works!! The ring i pull out is connected to the sunwheel (gear in the center) The ring slots into a plate that is connected to the swingarm so the sunwheel is locked. The 3 planetary gears are connected to the wheel. And the sattelite gear (outer ringgear) is connected to the sprocket.

my apologies klaas. I thought i heard you say at one point you got the info from him, but i guess i was wrong. not tryin to stir the pot, just someone wanted to see internals and i knew there was only one way it could be done so i posted up your vid of the internals. again, sorry evil genius. lol

Haha,no problem man!! I am not angry in any way. I just wondered.
Right now i am working on a lock ring for easy quick changing gears with making shure everything is locked snug in both possisions.
Soon i will make a new demo video for then it is the final result. And it will be a serious one instead of making a compleet idiot of myself haha!
