It has nothing to do with your DL, a TX title has to be inspected aka bike present at the dmv here. anyone who would not want a bike to be seen will have to wash the frame. aka take a legit bike, build it on your frame and have it inspected. Then swap shit all back, a FL CLEAN title 03/04 frame can net $800+ thats what I sold mine for in no time flat. Your TX clean title frame is worth about $4-5 here. I was just saying if you wanna get top dollar for it, go get it legit first but its yoooo money mang do you
