05 problem (Clutches i think)

yea i have a 2005 636 with 11000 miles and when i get into higher rpm (like 8-9k) it starts making a weird noise and it doesnt have the top end it did when i bought it. I had the clutch perch adjusted a little tight and think i might have burn the clutches. but from 0-8k rpms in every gear it feels normal. but after that is statrts to sound different and doesnt have much pick up, but the motor sounds strong but all sound no go. does this sound like clutches to anyone else? idk what it is for sure.

A buddy had a similar problem where it runs fine 0-8k, but 8k+ runs like ass, an won't even hit the limiter.. Ended up being the upper injectors..

He bought a complete airbox off ebay for cheap, problem solved.. Check the kawi forums, always see peop's having this same prob.. GL

I rode it last night and couldnt really figure it out. It actually was strong for me. But he swears its different than normal. I dont think its the clutches cause its not slippin at all. So idk what the hell it is..??
