sony vegas help!!!

\r\n \r\n Its just pre-rendering your computer is doing. Have you rendered a video you edited in Vegas, and then played it in like Windows Media Player yet? If it plays smooth, then no problem there. If its coming out choppy when its rendered and edited, then you got some setting issues going out with Vegas. Or not enough ram.

\nGoto preferences, then under the Video tab, you should see a Dynamic Ram Preview setting. Its set at 1000mb, as default. Bump it up to around 3000mb. Depending on how much ram you got. I got 6gb(6000mb) So i just use half that.

Cool bro I will try this out this week sometime, I havnt fucked with it for a while pissed me off so I took a break, I have tons of footage amd really wanna get some shit.edited, thanks ill get back to you\r\n

I put this thread in the help an how to section but it fits better here!!!!
Jus bought Sony Vegas movie studio, when I open videos that are stored on my computer and try to view them on Sony Vegas they play real choppy kinda like they are playing 2 seconds at a time or something, if that makes sense???? if I open the same clip and view it on my comp with out Sony Vegas it plays fine, do I need to change the video quality or something????? Any ideas please help!!!!! Thanks
