You probably blew out the seals on the 16x18 because of the force (volume) needed to be used for dual front calipers.

iv had 3 forged 16x18 wich im currenty running now with a short lever it has a harder feel
and 2 rsc, the rsc is money man little softer feel then the forged 16x18 cuz it made for a clutch but i loved it more becuz of that i def would recommend it and i run my levers adjusted all the way in for my short fat fingers. i would trade my pretty much new brembo and money anyday for a rsc brembo!also to add i always run the big rotor kit perfect amount of power

been using a 16mm RCS for a HB master for ages, works nicely and great feel on a 4 piston caliper
the levers a folding type and ive never broken one yet

check out ottimoto for your folding brembo levers. They are cheaper and they are machined alum not cast. Rounded lever too. Ive got 2 of em. That place also sells some vortex style gas caps cheap.
