To answer the first question I ride the 07-08 zx6r now and yes it fits the same

Yes you still need to use the stock adjuster bracket only becouse they are seprate but they still work off of the axle so it's the same adjustments

What is the thickness of that bracket??? 1/4", 1/8"?
That is why I was curious about still using the stock adjuster.. I personally would rather have it made of thicker material and eliminate the stock adjuster just for piece of mind and durability...

dang, ive started a fabrication trend lol, yes neal, all radials have the same mount points, BUT NOT ALL RADIALS HAVE THE SAME SIZE 'FEET'. well, i call it the 'foot', where you put the bolt through to mount to your forks
FTP, yeahwith slimmer steel u worry about bending under force, i use a cold-rolled aluminum block, it still affords for a much higher tensil strength then hot-rolled. the design here, if you use a gauge to measure spacing then you would no longer need the axle block, it just would keep the nut from moving because there will be a gap from the nut to the lock pin

not to thread jack, but if you take a look at mine, not sure if you can see but the adjustment lines are already marked and scribed, if you have a simple hole in your bracket and use the oem piece over it then ur not getting a precise adjustment but not enough to make a difference

Yes it can be made thicker it is made of 1/4 in now but can easily be made thicker to replace the adjustment block.
