So here is my build. Almost all of my "build" pics were on my phone and I lost it. So this is more of a before and after anyways.

Those were the day I brought her home. Pretty rough but a decent lot bike.

Then I added an Impaktech cage and sub cage. Some RSC adjustables and ofcourse clutch lever. New Fairings all around. New subframe (old one was cracked). DCP rad support. HT moto on the tank. Green chain and Stuntfarm sprocket. New taillight, turn signals and mirrors. New brakelines which like an idiot I bought stock length. They work for now but ill get new ones. Painted calipers Various powdercoating. Green radiator hoses some misc. bolts, brackets and crap and voila! you get this

Then on the first ride after 8 months you get this
So during the rebuild I never touched the clutch or the motor at all really other than tune up shit. But the spring on the clutch arm was gone???? It worked fine before the build and I never actually saw the spring on there but whatever. No spring caused the clutch arm to drop down slightly and rub on the rod. The clutch wouldnt properly engage/ disengage so I thought it was the new cable not adjusted properly so I pretty much maxxed it out. it still lurched after I shifted into first on the last try but fuck it I was moving now and wanted to test it out so I kept going after about 45 seconds on my return back home from a trip around the block I was shifting into second and snap! It felt like the cable snapped. Got it home and had no resistance on the clutch arm. Great! Tore it down and found that. so 76 dollars later I got new parts on the way. hopefully nothing else goes wrong.

Future mods: New anodized black forks, new exhaust, new brakelines, Hohey top triple, ESD rearsets, new engine cover's, new brake resi's and get JB to redo my seats. That ought to get her done!

Oh and new 2 new magura's. some thing is wrong with my front master atm. it just wont bleed. and there is no bleeder on the master itself which is weird to me but it also doesnt leak so WTH does this nissan front master just not need a bleeder or what???

ok first, Nice bike, looks great!. black and green is kinda what im going for on my 05.
second its a NISSIN master. Nissan makes cars. post a pic of the master and someone will chime in.
and third, I read on here that sicnate removes that spring on all his bikes, (rides a 05/06 and now a 13) and he hasn't had any said problems, not sure if that caused it, but im not saying it didn't cause it either. glad to hear it was under $100 to fix it tho. since I removed that spring also. lol

haha nissan I knew the difference too. I always have it in the back of my mind when I see other people call it nissan. And then I go and make the same squid mistake lol. And yes it is probably fine to remove the spring as long as the arm is seated properly. I must have pushed it back and allowed it to fall down and out of place. not exactly sure. But I know I am going to run either the spring or a spacer to not allow that to happen again.

those pins are bulky, to break the pin you must have been pushing the clutch arm with adjustables or fingers really hard, I did the same exact thing lol
