RSC Adjustables - Righteous 1 - 09-05-2012 A few of you may have heard about these. Those that haven't.....let me introduce you to the RSC Adjustables! The RSC Adjustable handlebar setup has been designed with durability and long life, being my main goals. There are no threaded aluminum holes. Individual nut pockets are machined precisely behind each bolt hole, providing stainless on stainless threads for all clamping areas. All threads have been hit w/ a small amount of Anti-Sieze, to prevent galling. The upper clamps are seperate from the riser bars. Riser bars can be swapped out w/ any 7/8" bar stock, allowing for a bent riser to be changed out...on the spot. The standard finish is the tumbled silver finish. Bars are also tumbled to match. Black anodized clamps will also be an option, soon. Custom colors, and full anodizing...including bars....available on request w/ an expected wait time. As most know, adjustable handlebars can require rerouting of cables and wires. Once in a while, that prefered position may require a custom cable or addition to a wiring harness. The RSC Adjustables carry the same Lifetime Warranty all billet machined RSC products carry. Hardware is not covered, but if you crash.....and damage your billet machined parts, to the point they no longer function properly.....I will replace them w/ fully functional pieces. ![]() Pricing: Tumbled silver finish 50mm/51mm: $275 plus shipping($10 US, $20 international) Anodized clamps w/ silver bars, any color: $310 W/ anodized bars, also: $325 I may do 43mm, if there is any interest....... Now, for the GIVEAWAY!! ![]() ![]() Pretty simple, really. Everyone gets one guess....... I start w/ 4 blocks of aluminum, when making a set of bars. Your first guess(to yourself) must be how much those blocks weigh. Then, you must guess how much of that wieght gets machined out....throughout the machining process. THE GUESS YOU POST, IS THE AMOUNT OF WIEGHT THAT YOU THINK IS MACHINED OFF THE 4 BLOCKS....TO COMPLETE THE MACHINING PROCESS. As I said..... 1 GUESS EACH!! Winner receives a set of bars!! Contest ends, and the winner will be anounced....on October 1st! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

RSC Adjustables - Righteous 1 - 10-01-2012 Sooooo.....we have a bit of a technical difficulty, but I think I can come up with a solution! ![]() Mr. J Blox came through with the answer of 4.56789 lbs. ![]() Mr. Blizzle came through with an answer of 4.65 ......but the question begs.....4.65 what?? The exact amount of material lost is 4.64 pounds. I have pics of the scale, but my tablet froze up on me. I'll get them up soon. ![]() I believe that J Blox should win the grand prize as he was specific as to his unit of measure chosen. Congrats, Mr. Blox!! ![]() I will also give Mr. Blizzle a hefty discount off of something in the RSC arsenal that he may be interested in! ![]() Both winners, please email me at rsctakeover@gmail.com to discuss your winnings. Good job, boyz! ![]() |
