Unless its a pre scheduled interview for something setting up the sheriff to interview you is damn near impossible to begin with. You can figure a 0% chance when a cival liability case such as this is pending. That\'s the spokes person for the department and she did her job very well, never admitting the officer was at fault or admitting any wrong doing. That\'s what shes trained to doQuote:

\nRegardless the officer did not have authority to take the camera without a warrant, they know it and the guys attorney knows it. Lawsuit for misconduct is in the works for sure\r\n
