\r\n \r\n The whole switching back from synthetic to non synthetic is imo a myth and doesn\'t matter. It probably calls for a 5w30, just run 10w30 in it and if its ur first oil change just check it every 200 miles or so until you know the car doesn\'t burn oil or anything like that.\r\n

\neither way the weight u use doesnt really matter so much kinda depends on how u drive 5 or 10w is both fine\r\n

\nwhat do you think would get messed up from switching from a non synthetic back to regular oil that the car came factory with? I have heard people say seals will leak but I don\'t buy that. I think the theory use to be the 2 oils wouldn\'t mix, which is now obviously not true since there are synthetic blends.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I would just use a high mileage synthetic blend and forget about it....it\'s a fucking honda they run forever......my boy bought a 91 Honda Accord with 285k miles on it for $500.....he beat the shit out of that car and sold it a few years later with 335k miles on it for the same $500......

Sythetic oil won\'t cause oil leaks but it sure will find em lol.... Quote:

\r\nBack and forth shouldn\'t hurt it, but what\'s the point, if you want to use good oil use good oil, if you want to use cheap oil use cheap oil... Want something in the middle do the blend

\nil post pics in a min. it has a tiny dent on the side, crack in winsheild but the inside is MINT...MINT!!! Runs like a champ and stays cool. bought it for 1200. jus had new tires and brakes also so i won...\r\n

\nas for weight, no higher than 5w30 and no less than 0w20 for your honda, depending on climate.\r\n
