rekluse and TR 310 BB kit. Advantages and disadvantages for lot stunting - stunting711 - 04-13-2012

In your guys honest opinion, would the 280 BB kit be better than the 310 kit for lot stunting or is the 310 better? I'm debating on getting a BB kit but didnt want to ruin my lot stunting so before i pull the trigger i was just wondering if more power is better. I put a 88 BB kit on my 50 and hated it. Rear brake didnt work with all that power after a while.

One last question, any one using the rekluse clutch on there motard? What is the goods and bads of having it when it comes to lot stunts?

Thanks guys appreciate it

Which Rekluse clutch are you talking about? A buddy at my local race shop has an EXP in his 2012 KX450F, but for dirt, and he says he loves it. However I dont think it is designed for motard use, for dirt it makes stalling out much less of a problem...

its the auto one not sure the model name. If your doing circles dont you think it will help at least a little because it wont stall and mouse trap? Just a thought but i dont see how it can hurt and i just wanted to make sure of that.....

would be pointless for a stuntbike as i said before. if you need an automatic just stay on a 50. 84big bore kits are badass for 50s, your brakes just sucked.

they dont make a 310 big bore that i know of but post it up if you know someone who does. thumper makes a 280bb and a stroker crank to go with it that puts it at 306cc. there kits have 3 ring pistons, gytr only has 2, junk. im gonna go 280 and possibly stroker crank next year.

neither kit would hurt its stunting ability except for the rekluse which is a giant waste of money for any stunter in my opinion, it would eliminate being able to do many many tricks with an auto setup, its made for dirt
