\nalso there is paperwork being drawn up to turn cali from a may issue state to a shall issue state mostly because they banned all forms of open carry.\r\n

So apparently the city of LA is not issuing the paperwork for people to obtain their CCW permits and now they're facing a lawsuit. Bullshit if you ask me.
