Replacing bulb with LED voltage to high? - AnthonyMartello - 02-17-2012

I am replacing an indicator bulb on my motorcycle with an LED light.
However the LED only take two volts while the power coming in is 12v.
How can I get it to work?

Regards
Anthony Martello

most bulbs you buy are already resistored to accep a 12 volt power supply. I have LED blinkers, tag light, tail light bulbs, and "city light" bulbs as well as my hi beam bulb.

thanks ebay LOL

Just buy a resistor at radio shack. It take 2 mins to install
