\r\n \r\n 1st gear on a 450 with stock gearing is like 3rd gear on a 400ex or ltz400, I\'ve ridden them before, not a very good stunt quad in my opinion, slow stuff is much harder on that machine than a 400. I\'m looking at getting the new 09 LTZ400, its fuel injected, and geared perfect. good stunt quad.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I had an 05 trx450r and I loved it for stuntin slow fast whatever it was a lot harder to stunt at first then 400ex\'s that I was really used to but after some practice I liked the 450 better\r\n

\r\n \r\n Yeah, it\'s definitely harder. I went out and tried some no handers and shit on it. It took forever to finally get bp. I got it though.\r\n

\r\n \r\n What all stunts are you guys doing on quads??? I dont wanna get all into quads over my bike but I get bored and quads are fun.. But I find them rather bland really.. cant think of anything else to do?? No handers, sit down no handers, high chairs, give me some ideas....\r\n

\r\n \r\n yea I do all that stuff I liked to do fast coasters and lots of combo stuff on mine had a blast riding with my buddy\'s that had them me and my buddy\'s all ended up getting rid of are quads last year at this time tho but I\'ll end up back with one again sometime\r\n

\r\n \r\n Ya I had a Raptor 660r SE Quad was sick!!! LOts of upgrades and what not would power up in 6th.. Crazy bike man.. hated sellin it.. (I HATE COLLEGE) Now Im jus messin around on an old 250 somethin?? No power at all.. But fun..\r\n

\r\n \r\n Who needs handleing with all that power!!!! JK i dont know. I think ppl that say raptors dont handle must not ride hard enough.. We made a KILLER trail track at my place... We\'re talking only inches of clearance between trees and hugh sandstone rocks.. And FLYING through those trails.. We had a yzf, 400ex, 450r, and ltz out there and NOT ONE of them would come close to touching the raptor.. Even let the other riders ride it through and they said it was way better than all the quads there.. The only flaw I found with my 660 was that dam STARTER CLUTCH!!! That thing is TRASH!!!\r\n
