70cc to 125cc conversion - Zeus - 09-07-2011 I am thinking of doing conversion from 70cc to 125cc or 150cc. To clear it up, "I plan on putting 125cc block and head on 70cc motor" I know there are not any kits for doing that becuase of... 1. "stroke travel is 40mm-45mm in 50cc-70cc" and greater in 90cc-150cc" this means the connecting rod has to be moded. longer in 90cc-150cc. 2. the block mount bolt (from engine to block) may have different space configration. I think about 84mm diagonaly in 90cc-150cc and 50cc-70cc are bit smaller. Has this been done before?
