\r\n \r\n +1 sounds like a vacuum leak. check all the small guage hoses on your throttle bodies. and also make sure the bodies are seated all the way down into the boots\r\n

a few weeks ago i had to drop my motor to helicoil mounts, and removed the throttle bodies to let the motor drop down... i put everything back together and installed a ape tensioner at the same time... i rode it twice and right when i started it up it would idle really low for about ten or fifteen seconds, then it would go right where it was supposed to be. the second week i fel hard a number of times and the throttle bodies came loose from the base. i reinstalled them and this week i went out and the first hour or two were fine, but then the idle started acting really sporatic. one minute it would be up to where it was set and the next it was down around stock even though i never moved to adjuster. it was messing me up so bad that i stopped riding and when we started the bike to load it onto the truck it was nearly at rev limiter. aside from the tensioner i have also recently installed a stock can from a 09 zx6 for noise reduction, and the tape was coming off the airbox inlet where i had i blocked off and i didnt replace it. any help would be great.
