I broke my peg a while ago and replaced it with a passenger peg. Bad idea broke after A few wheelies now I'm out a peg. So while I'm at it I was thinking about testing out dirt bike pegs. Found some for cheap. Has anyone tried this? I know bill d is running them. Does it affect the brake feel for breaking much? Which dirt bike pegs will work on an 05-06 636??

think youd needs to modify a dirt peg to work but def. doable...why not just get ya some ESD pegs and call it a day tho??

I run dirt pegs and won't run anything else!!! So much stability. I actually have a design with all the measurements and everything for a street/dirt peg just need to find someone to put them into like cad solids and cut them!!!

I better go practice then. Found a peg so no need for a new one. And I'll be there for sure gunna be a boring freeway ride down there but hopefully gunna be a good ride. Bringing the go pro for sure!!!!

if you run bmx pegs i suggest you find something to fill the hole . the edge gets sharp after a while from being thrashed , my friend went down once and filled the whole inside of the peg with meat from his leg

uhhh yea went to go practice a little and found out gopro's do better than your bike when they both tumble down the road at 50mph. hahaha post a vid up here when it loads on youtube. i was stoked on a stunt street ride but now im gotta save and wrench when i get parts ;banghead:
