best SF headlight - ProZach - 01-14-2010 need to know which one is the best. ordered one off ebay and it was a cheap ass chinese replica of a popular one. but what brand is best so i dont waste anymore money and i can see where the heck im going. pics of your set up would be cool also best SF headlight - Moto-Madness.com - 01-14-2010 What are you looking for in it? The Demon is basically the same as the Acerbis Diamond but are not DOT approved and the light quality on both is pretty bad for night riding. Some people buy them and try putting H3 or H4 bulbs in them but the lenses are plastic and will melt instantly The Falcon & Acerbis Cyclopes are DOT approved and provide a decent amount of light. They come with H3 Bulbs in them so you can upgrade them to high wattage Automotive H3. http://moto-madness.com/catalog/inde...&cPath=412_447 best SF headlight - SKETCHY - 01-14-2010 These new Acerbis Vision LED headlight is dope best SF headlight - Juca - 01-14-2010 ![]() ![]() if you want cheap just to see 30 cm infront of you then go with acerbis
best SF headlight - Moto-Madness.com - 01-14-2010 I am pretty sure the Cyclopes is an H3 bulb. We sell the BikeIt Falcon which is the UK version but its identical. Any H3 bulb should fit it. I put a KC Ice Blue 100w H3 bulb in my Falcon when I had it and worked fine. The H3 bulb is mostly what is used in auto foglights best SF headlight - Juca - 01-14-2010 yes best SF headlight - ProZach - 01-15-2010 mine melted with the bulbs that came in it.... so i guess ill order one from moto-madness. thanks guys best SF headlight - Moto-Madness.com - 01-15-2010 Yea the ones that are DOT or Emarked Approved have glass lens and can with stand the higher wattage bulbs. The cheap Acerbis diamonds and BikeIt Demons are not approved. The lens are plastic and the bulbs are usually basic automotive 25 or 35w bulbs.
