thermastat 636 replacement - Duane S. - 11-20-2012 Well now the over flow bottle is almost empty and nothing spit out thermastat 636 replacement - old man roger - 11-20-2012 That sounds like the radiator wasn't full when the bike was hot so it pulled the fluid in from the overflow bottle as it cooled. This could be caused by air in the system or a leak.
