I get it, a one man shop with two men. Shit will take awhile. But the BS stops here.
I�m typing this out before my 675 frame is done but 3 months into having paid for in a deal we worked out. Hopefully I�ll get my shit.

Lets Start here- Billie lists a 04 636 on stuntride for 2250 with a half steel frame and clean title. A few pm�s and texts later I determine the bike is solid and I�m getting a good deal that�s hard to pass up on�. Shame on me.
We worked out a deal that instead of a 636 half frame, ill get a Daytona frame and pay a extra 250$ to make it a full frame. So I pay 2450 and start looking for shipping.

So at this point the bsing begins. My feeling is the bike was sitting in pieces in the corner of his shop, and he didn�t have a title or frame for it. Because it took about a month to get the bike put together and get a picture of it. Because the picture listed on stuntride was not the bike.
He made more promises that it would be put together, parts painted and stunt able out the box, and the kicker was a bunch of extra parts (all his garbage he wanted out of the shop). But he was kind enough to throw in a cage, which I had to pay someone to take from me.

U ship finally comes through to get the bike shipped and I have to keep delaying the shipping of the bike because he keeps saying it will be ready and its wasn�t. But finally I get the bike, 50% my fault and 50% his fault it took a month to get. The bike should have been ready to sell the second he posted it on stuntride though, so I say 100% his fault. It then took about another month of more of his BS lies just to get the title. (Its in the mail, mail lost it blah blah).
Ill skip to issues I have since figured out about the bike that has �no problems�
1. Blown fork seal
2. Literally leaks oil from every gasket, including the cracked stator cover
3. Chain had previous popped and cracked part of the case which didn�t effect anything but shit was broken
4. Swing arm was missing a needle bearing on the right side
5. Shock bolts loose, missing engine bolts or had no nuts on it.
6. Found a big piece of casing in the oil pan still haven�t figure out where it goes.
7. Radiator has been welded and doesn�t leak but clearly noticeable
8. Chain was garbage and razor sharp teeth on front steel sprocket
9. I saved the best for last because this burnt me in the ass the worst because I didn�t notice it before I made a deal with Dr MotoKawi which I�ve apologized for�.the fucking frame was cracked.
10. Edit 5-20 oh let just go ahead and save the best for last now. The motor lasted less than 8 hours.
11. Tank had � in of bondo all over it covering up the mangled tank
12. I�m sure there is more but I want to get back to the story.

Back to the 675 deal, well I don�t rush to tear the bike down because he told me he was busy and couldn�t get to it� then I get a text that says when r u shipping the frame. So he's saying he�s ready (From the get go �I said no rush but I don�t want it to take a year.�) So I tear down my mint brand new 675 and ship him the frame. I get updates here and there pushing it back farther and farther. In the mean time some nice fellow from the Daytona forums gives me a frame with papers and I decide at this rate ill never get a full frame so Ill just do a half (although I don�t like the way it bolts up) So I ship him a half frame.
Needless to say this all started in October and there is NO WAY in hell I�m going to get my frame before the big Lot Wars rush. At this point I�m okay with that, I just wish he would be real and don�t write checks his ass cant cash. Its bad business.
Now I�m going to move onto the final straw that led me to all of this that I was biting my tongue on.

Next I need a cage I post on FB, he responds "I can have it shipped in 3 days"�.. Few days go buy and I said okay lets do it. He says you will have it by the end of the week I have someone making those so it will be fast. That was Jan 9th�.. It�s now the 16th and he sends me a picture of race rails on a 636 and says shipping out in the morning�.. UMMM 200$ for race rails? I need a cage with cross brace, sliders, and some support. Unless he�s giving me this cage for the headache and not the 250$ I said id give him for a cage that I had initially paid extra for a full frame. He can eat it.

5-20 update- He made a full cage, it only took a month to get, welds weren�t finished and cage bolted up like crap(by crap I mean the cross brace was either 2 inches short because his steel flexed out while welding or the bar was to short) I just pulled it together and tightened it down.

So besides this guy writing checks his ass cant cash in the time promised. Lets time warp back to when I got Dr MotoKawi�s frame. He wants my ironman frame for one of his frame and says it will be done in less than a week. I was going to do it, but I just couldn�t take dealing with this guys BS anymore. He hasn�t even paid a raffle winner his frame yet, people having been waiting months on their frames, and he�s offering me a frame in less than a week? Where does the BULLSHIT END? Honestly I gave a new company the benefit of a doubt and he seemed to be an alright guy making a good product when he actually produced something.

5-20 edit He�s still a bullshitting liar and he offered me a vin plate and mco for my Daytona for free for the wait. Thanks buddy, but the shit was flowing again, I heard for weeks its in the mail, its shipping tomorrow blah blah finally after over a month I receive a vin tag and paper work. Still NO bill of sale as I requested at the sale of the fucking bike in the first place.

So as of today I have been asking for my stock frame back for almost 2 months, with all hope lost of ever getting a steel Daytona frame, I just want my stock frame back. But he has managed to bull shit me over and over with his lies. Texting me asking for pictures of this and that along with measurements, so he can finish a jig that was supposed to be done 4 months ago�.

Fuck you. I�m done pussy footing and walking on egg shells in hopes to get what I�m owed. When Badass makes right on this deal I will then and only then will I back off. Till then consider it a beef because this shit is personal now. I�m not an internet thug as you texted because I left negative feedback on the forums you continue to fuck people on. I know how business works, and badass is Full of Fail.
