636 bog when hot - ToKwik - 06-04-2011 If you think the pump is a problem, make sure you do a pressure test. I recently had a 636 that had been acting up. Everything was checking out "ok" then the last dyno run came out lean. Turns out the pump was putting out about 20-30 psi, plenty of volume for it to operate, but the bike needs 45psi to run correctly. New fuel pump solved this particular problem.
