Brandi gave me some idea's and so did OMR so i might try those first. I gotta check my funds once we get back to CO, i might invest in a pair. Good news though i popped my shoulder this morning putting my shirt on, not sure what it did but i was able to stunt the quad for about three sessions! 
Oh and props to Valeska for scraping twelve on my quad! Good job girl!
