\r\n \r\n personally, i don\'t really think it\'s necessary to start on a 50 or quad. you can if you have the resources to borrow or buy one. but if not, i say just jump on a 600 and start practicing clutching it up over and over. and just cover that rear brake. and it really doesn\'t hurt when you loop it clutching it up from a stop. i used to crash like 5 times a week because i never used rear brake lol usually just land on your feet, knees, or butt. the bike gets hurt more\r\n

\nDon\'t ever think it\'s hard. You just haven\'t practiced enough yet. It\'s all about seat time. Even riding the bike to work helps out. I let my bro who rides dirtbikes ride my bike and he couldn\'t get an endo up higher than a foot. If you are getting road rash, get some knee pads, wear a jacket, and some mx pants or some street pants that have pads on the hip. My biggest mistake of all time was being lazy about learning idle....never give up if you really wanna do it. We have a female class at XDL now and a fine lineup of women that will be willing to help you out with advice.\r\n
