yeah deff ditch all the foam, i had to spread my dcp top tabs just a cunt hair to get them to slide in but once they did was all tight as can be. call jared about it dont be another one to post in 10 threads about an issue but not just make the phonecall to them they dont use this site much at all.

Hey guys, this thread's a wrap.. This is the only post you need to read. Mind you, i completely understand no custom parts will fit 100%. I ordered an F4I subframe from stunterx, took them over a month to get it in, when it came in, i mounted it on my frame.....it was soooo fuckin crooked, you didnt even need to have OCD to notice it. The tail was going up off to one side. VERY NOTICEABLE. I called them and asked for a refund, they told me they dont do refunds but theyre willing to cut it up and reweld it all back together for me. Well what the hell is that? Mind you their website has no refund disclaimer, so why cant they cut it up and reweld it for someone else?? What ever, fine i sent it back, a month later it comes back, ok looks not too bad, still several discrepancies but im 4 months in my build and 4 months out of the lot.
But here is what i have now, its missing the seat tabs on the cross brace for my tail saver, when I park my bike it tilts to the right, the subframe is still crooked a bit, i do not have the 1 1/2" lift that i was promised, the subfram is smaller so i can barely screw in my seat because the holes dont align with the width of the seat, when i put my seat on, im sitting on the battery and computer, the 12 bar is a 10 bar, not even 11, but ok nothin is perfect, 12 bar isnt a big issue, the design is a bad one. If i do a circle, and i hit the corner of it, the whole thing will bend and twist. The tabs underneath for my subcage arent evenly welded on, the left side is welded towards the out side of the subframe as it should be, but the right side tabs are welded in the middle of the structure. I had to use 8 washers total to even everything out. The rubber mounts are an interesting concept, thats why i decided to go with stunterx, i like the scrape on the highways a bit, didnt wanna damage subframe, i was aware that when doing a standup, no matter how tight ur shock is set, and mines is custom built, heavier springs and all, i have so much damn play in it its scary. Quite honestly i shouldve went with atown customs. After this all happened, several of my friends told me that people they know have been having similar problems with products from stunterx. I like to rock the stickers from every brand on my bike, not theirs. Waste of time and money. I shouldve stuck with my stock subby.

Sorry buddy but this post is not a wrap. I'm sorry about your bad experience but stunterX carries a wide selection of parts , so your issue with 1 out of everything on his web site does not wrap anything up. Every stunt company makes mistakes , as does stunterX some times. But I stand by them. Been beating on my bike for 2 years now and haven't broke a single thing. NOT ONE , so for anyone else reading this thread don't let one issue scare ya. Plus who rides f4i still ? Haha

Anyone know what happened to stunterx? I bought an F4i rad. cage and 2 pieces of pad from stunterx last year, then what I received are 636 rad. cage and only 1 piece of pad. Stuntrx promised that he will send the correct one after I have the part back to him. ok so I send the 636 rad. cage back and stunterx confirmed to send the F4i rad. cage and 1 piece of pad to me after new year holiday.
Guess what, NO any response so far. both mine and my friend's mails looks ignored or what, my friend in the US even made some phone call and no one picked up, ok maybe just no one was available at that time but why the hell no one reply the mails?
Now I do not want the parts, I just hope I can have the refund of rad. cage and 1 piece of pad, please.
