Is this thread for real? I'm not trying to bag on anyone here but get real. If you buy your music then good for you, the rest of us don't care. If you still buy your music(and singles at that) then you don't listen to music all that much. Besides bikes and fitness music is my life. I go through 2 albums a week. Support your local under ground artists if they are worth a damn and your all time favorite artists. I say fuck the rest.

me personally i think that people who pirate music really help upcoming artists, so if the upcoming and artist gets a great song passed around for free because he's not quite famous and doesn't have a label backing him, isn't that great for him? the pirate community helped him get recognition by passing it around for free, isn't that what they want at first anyways the start of recognition for their work? is that how labels start to recognize you? when the public starts to dig what your doing, you have youtube and vimeo where you can create your own channel for fans to watch and to help get more fans to come out to your shows. then you have the ones backed by major labels and i can't feel to sorry for them i mean when dr dre said that people who pirated music were steal food from his kids, really? i mean i can't feel sorry they make millions despite of the pirating.
