Figured out why it stayed running, fan acts as a generator, no big deal.

Unplugged fan from radiator

trimmed switch knob down to reduce chance of kicking, once the switch is turned on it is behind the tank by the round hole on the tank so no chance to hit it, thanks congo for the diagram

Whichever ground might that be cause mine doesn't do it all the time just sometimes

mine does it everytime, my fan is grounded out to come out when i flip the igntion though, i like it that way.

Radio shack no longer has the 30amp toggles without an illumination light.

What happens if i use a 25amp switch rather then 30? Is that ok? Or should I use a 40 or 50 amp??
