depends on the state...but u have it inspected by DMV and they issue a new vin...just like a home built trailer

^^ Framecrafters FULLY Custom 4130 Chromoly adjustable frame. weights 3lbs over stock. Weight is distributed evenly throughout the frame making it lighter feeling. Heaviest part is the stock at the bottom where the swingarm bolts up.
