What oil for my F4i - TRICKY - 04-24-2011
Auto oil doesn't work cause it's not made for wet clutches and transmissions/gear box.
Cars have dry clutch and seperate transmission and run on way lower revs, total different things and that's why it has different additives.
Using Automobile oil in most cases cause the clutch to slip and can destroy your gearbox because the oil film/layer rips off.
I use high quality 10W-40 semi synthetic from all the good brands, the Motul 5100 is great from what I know.
