Keo F4i Tank Build - Trickhornet - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n Made a spacer for between the top of the rea shock and the frame out of 1/2 inc steel today at work, only took about 5 min and 20 to put on and I now have plenty of room for the tire to bottom out and not smash te 1000rr exhaust. FREE! I love saving money!\r\n Keo F4i Tank Build - EvilTwin - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n \r\n We just going for a cruise and as curvey as these roads were I wouldn\'t have been filming anyways.\r\n

Keo F4i Tank Build - EvilTwin - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n Will the spacer you made work on the two seater???\r\n Keo F4i Tank Build - Trickhornet - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n I believe it does, look where your shock mount comes through your frame, if you have an extra quarter inch of thread on the other side you have a quarter inch to add on the shock side, depending on how high you want to go, I had a quarter inch free so I just have a 1/4 inch block of steel with a hole drilled into it to use as a spacer. Washer would work but Id assume you would want something more solid if its going to take a beating\r\n Keo F4i Tank Build - Trickhornet - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n Put the tail, tank, frame, and fairings in to be sprayed pearl white, and the rest is for me to paint red. pics as soon as I get to see it\r\n Keo F4i Tank Build - Trickhornet - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n Did a few more things so I\'ll post \n ![]() \nCut off my lower part of the headlights because they sucked. I am using glue and the remaining screws to re assemble it. I will use h7 powered fog lights as seen. Fog lights will be bolted to the lower tripple with a simple "L" bracket \n ![]() \nLoose mounted to the front end. now I just need to get some things back from paint and start painting the red soon \n ![]() \nFrame Looks good after one coat, I\'m excited to ride!\r\n Keo F4i Tank Build - vegasrider2005 - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n get that thing together buddy \r\n
Keo F4i Tank Build - Trickhornet - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n Worked yet another weekend on the bike so heres some more pictures! \n ![]() \nSteel mesh put behind the KEO \n ![]() \nSpraypainted the red, running outa money \n ![]() \n ![]() \n ![]() \nWhite paints done! \n ![]() \nLittle extra touch. \nSpraying a clear over the reds today and starting to assemble the bike. still waiting for a few donation parts because I am now poor\r\n Keo F4i Tank Build - richd3000 - 08-13-2026 \r\n \r\n When u make that lift for ur shock, u needa weld ur 1/4 square to the original mount on left n right side cus it butts against the lip on the frame and if u just slap a washer or spacer in the shock will spin around and rip ur hose off.. I hada redo mine when someone told me bout it, I looked at mine and sure enough it was turned almost 90 degress already. I grinded the head off the original mount and put a new bolt 3/4in longer thru and spot welded it in and grinded it to clear the top of shock. Then made my spacer out of 1/2in steel and welded down both sides. Its super solid and bike sits more like a 636 or 600rr now.\r\n |
