u can put the top nut on, thats what held it all together!!! Duh!!
But with the new 09 front end i put on with the newer lower u could run one spanner nut then the triple clamp then the top nut.

you still running 4 for FB and 8 for HB? I am starting to like this set up now that I have put a few weeks on the bike.

My ass!!! I put alot of dur on that front end, ur gangster level isnt high enough to run such a sketch front end and still produce dur!
The old 03 front worked fine, its just I was bottom the forks out, and u could tell it was just a old front end. all U gotta do is switch out the bearing races and in the frame and put gixxer races and bearing in the 636 frame, then u can put all gixxer triples on it and run any gixxer front end u want. I JUST put a 09 1k front end on my bike sunday, and the nose wheelies felt awesome!!! Too bad the frame had to self destruct

well considering I just got HB circles, a few weeks is fair for me.

Cool, Kawi 09 front ends are expensive as fuck over there, whereas gixxer up to 08 are def affordable, i'll have to find me one!
