BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - Duane S. - 03-22-2014 ive always ran gsxr calipers BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - *kingpin* - 03-22-2014 Haha yeah that's what got me thinking. What year/cc do you run? How much are those pads....pads are the killer for the Kawis BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - Duane S. - 03-22-2014 07 gsxr 600 23-30 set caliper BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - loogie - 03-22-2014 Haven't personally ran the 1000rr calipers but they look to be the same as the 600rr. And really I think the gsxr,r6 monos, and the RR calipers are all equally good I guess it comes down to price on pads. BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - Duane S. - 03-22-2014 what are you running on the 13 BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - loogie - 03-22-2014 I'm using the 07/12 nissin for my hb caliper. BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - *kingpin* - 03-22-2014 Do you guys know which single piston Foot brake calipers are compatible with the Kawis and are the best overall/have cheap replacement pads? BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - *kingpin* - 03-22-2014 I am full of stupid questions this week and I have another one you might be able to help me with. So I have always run one honda nissin 4 piston caliper on all my handbrake setups. I recently just bought an NDC setup off Duane and have the big busa rotor adapter and busa rotor. I've never run a big rotor kit so I am looking for some input. What are the benifits? I assume it won't heat up as quick but does it have a better feel ect? My next big question is, is it worth it to run two four piston calipers connected with a short line? or just run one 4 piston caliper? I am sure its all preference but any insight would be appreciated. BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - loogie - 03-22-2014 Ya bigger rotor means better bite and less heat. As far as running a 8 piston hb I have no idea, I've always ran one 4 piston and its plenty of power for me. BEST 636 CALIPERS (best bang for your buck?) - *kingpin* - 03-22-2014 yeah honestly its always been more than enough power. With the busa rotor I can't imagine I would need any more than one 4 piston. thanks for the input
