If there was noone around, no traffic, you should plead not guilty and you'll prolly be able to get it reduced.

If there was traffic and people, you're prolly f'd.

well A why are you running a plate and B if you are gonna run one why isn't it mud splashed to make the #s and tag illegible?

I just moved the tag did some changes on the bike its up under the fender. he didnt hit his lights or any thing till he was right there behind me and I was stopped at the light I never saw him.
